A major portion of Concierge services from world class banks like Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, American Express, DBS etc are taken care through Aspire Lifestyles. It was essential to enhance the Concierge products for improving efficiency in Call Centres and to process the customer requests effectively. 


Project Responsibilities

  • Support projects by defining creative solutions that are commercially viable.
  • Conduct Ethnographic studies, Customer Journey Mapping workshops in the US and Singapore regions.
  • Storyboard creation to improve internal communications with the teams and to draw business and Design  goals.
  • Interactions modelling for better understanding of  the product and to define the appropriate product features that are needed.
  • Be a coach, mentor and lead for both project teams as well as an advocate for clients’ needs.
